The Hunger Site was built in 1999 and has spawned literally thousands of similar websites raising funds in a similar manner. For all intents and purposes, this is the mother of all click to donate websites in existence today, and it is still going strong.

For every click on the button, The Hunger Site will allow a donation of 1.1 cups of food to be made to starving people. How much is 1.1 cups of food? Honestly I am not sure but I am thinking it would be a cup of wheat or flour for bread or other essentials.

You can also make donations by shopping from their online store. All affiliate earnings from the Hunger Site store are donated. This donation ranges from 5% to 30% depending on what particular item it is.
